Verification
Every newcomer gets an Unverified role, which only sees the verification channel, and a DM with a Verify me button. Once verified, the role goes away and the server opens up.
Setup
From the onboarding, Panel → Verification → Set up, or /verification installer. Hermès:
- creates the Unverified role;
- creates the #vérification channel, visible to that role only;
- hides all your categories and channels from that role;
- posts the verification button in the channel.
Run the setup again after creating new channels: it only touches what is missing.
Settings
| Setting | Effect |

| Method | Captcha: an image with a 6-character code to type (3 tries). Button: a single click. |
| Send by DM | The flow is sent by DM. If the member's DMs are closed, the verification channel is the fallback. |
| Welcome after verification | The welcome message waits for the member to be verified. |
| Kick after | Removes accounts still unverified after that delay (0 = never). |
| Role once verified | Optional: a role given at the end of verification. |
Commands
/verification valider membre:@…: verify someone manually./verification tester: get the DM yourself./verification panneau: post the button again in a channel.
