Privacy

Hermès keeps the bare minimum it needs to work. The content of your conversations stays in your Discord server.

What it keeps​

  • Your server's configuration: channel and role IDs, texts, color, active modules.
  • The step and percentage of an ongoing project, while the ticket is open.
  • Warnings given by moderation.
  • Your social feeds.

What it never keeps​

  • Order form answers: posted in the ticket channel, never stored.
  • Your clients' reviews: posted in your channel, not stored.
  • Your messages: automoderation reads them in passing without storing them.
  • Transcripts: sent to your logs channel.
  • Your images: the welcome background is read from your link.
  • Your Discord token: used once when logging in to the panel, then forgotten.

When Hermès leaves a server, all its data is deleted automatically. Full details in the privacy policy.
