Terms of use

Last updated · 2026-10-15

These terms of use govern access to the Chronos site and the use of its documentation. Browsing the site means accepting them.

1. Purpose

Chronos gathers the documentation of the publisher's projects (Kern, Hermès, Mnémosyne, Minecraft, MySchool…): installation, configuration, architecture and release notes.

2. Access

The site is free to access, with no sign-up, for anyone with an Internet connection. Connection costs are yours. The publisher may interrupt the site for maintenance, updates or any other reason, without notice or compensation.

3. Using the documentation

  • You may read, print and quote the documentation for personal use or to use the documented projects.
  • The code and configuration snippets shown in the docs may be freely copied and adapted in your own projects.
  • Any other reproduction or redistribution of the site, its texts, logos or illustrations requires the publisher's written consent.

4. Liability

The documentation is written with care but provided "as is". It may contain errors or describe a different version from the one you use. The publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the published information: always check commands before running them, especially in production, and keep backups.

The documented projects have their own terms or licenses, which prevail over these terms for their use.

The site links to third-party sites (GitHub, portfolio, tool docs…). The publisher has no control over their content or privacy policy.

6. Changes

These terms may change. The online version, dated at the top of the page, is the one that applies.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable settlement, jurisdiction lies with les tribunaux français.
